JEBA Update: Clearer Terms, Privacy and Health Guidance

We have added three important updates to make JEBA clearer and safer for everyone using the app.

Updated Terms of Use

The Terms of Use explain the rules for using JEBA, managing an account and accessing its workout features.

Clearer privacy controls

The Privacy Policy explains what information JEBA stores and how it is used. Product analytics remain optional and can be controlled from within the app.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

JEBA provides workout timers and general riding guidance, but it does not replace professional medical advice. Riders should exercise at a suitable level and stop if they feel unwell.

New riders will be asked to review the relevant agreements when creating an account and before beginning their first ride. Existing riders may also be prompted when an important policy version changes.

These updates do not change the core riding experience—they are here to make expectations clearer as the JEBA community grows.
